We went at dinner for AYCE king crabs and maine lobster ($149 per person). Although seafood was their main attraction, this is basically an International food buffet with anything I could think of. They had every cuisine and plenty of dessert that I wish I had two stomach. The seafood and desserts are great and I love them, however, most of the cooked food were quite dried like they were heated for a long time. The dimsum was great though. Overall, I like it but I'll love it if the cooked food was not dried. Service was great. Free flow drinks included in the price including alcohol. Parking is hotel valet or self park. The location is very close to universal studio. You can also take free shuttle bus from there.

Deedee the manager made our night! What started as a potentially rocky evening turned into a memorable dining experience, all thanks to the fabulous Deedee, the manager! Her professionalism and kindness were exemplary, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional evening. As I walked into the buffet, the ambiance was inviting and the musician played the guitar to the tunes of *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys lol! After setting the mood I walk in and take a look at everything by before serving my first plate! The sushi station was a revelation, with chefs crafting beautiful rolls, oysters were fresh, the meat station full of Korean style short rib and bone marrow were amazing to look at, but you already know who I came to see! LOBSTER and King Crab legs! I read a lot of mixed reviews before coming, some talk about the price others talk about the value of the meal for what you get. Look, you are essentially paying for King crab and lobster- my problem isn't the price, these items are MKT and cost! You don't see these items at a buffet, let alone an AYCE. So is it worth it? IMO it is- BUT my only gripe is I wish they would split the king crab legs for you and have more seasoning, other than butter. I saw the guy next to me take down a good 12 lobsters before going in and getting started on crab legs. So if you can chow down even better for you. Thanks again to all the staff and Deedee for a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed the ambient the service that was given and the restaurant was clean . Constantly servers taking your plate from your table so you can have room for more .The buffet food was amazing . Celebrated my birthday here . And if you have kids with such a lil appetite I would recommend not coming here unless it's just adults cause it does get pricey especially if you're doing the dinner buffet . But the food is pretty good . Will be coming here again .

My parents and I recently booked a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood and stayed at the Hilton where Cafe Sierra is located. We dined here for breakfast one morning, and the service from Javier had us return for another breakfast before we headed home the next day. He was super friendly, offered to refill our juice even though it's on the buffet beverage station. Loved the attentiveness and the ability to order toast as well. This is a more upscale breakfast buffet, but the interior of the dining area makes it worth it along with the food selection and service. In addition to omelettes, you can get eggs to order so don't hesitate to ask at the omelette station. Also ask your server for toast to order as well. These little touches make this buffet a must have when staying in the Hilton to start your day.

Our waiter, Jovita, was outstanding and the main reason we are giving a 5-star review. She made sure our group of 10 had an exceptional experience while celebrating a birthday. The seafood selection is fantastic, with plenty of made-to-order options, and the staff is very helpful. Parking options include both valet and self-parking; we found the valet service quick and convenient on a Saturday afternoon, and the valet attendant even took a photo for us when we got our car. The dessert bar and seafood stand out as highlights. We would rate the food 3.5 stars, but Jovita's excellent service made our visit truly memorable. This place is highly recommended for group outings.
